SAVANNAH, GA- The #21 ranked mens tennis team beat SCAD Savannah 5-4 last weekend and the women lost 0-9 at SCAD. The men were lead by Rafael A Coutinho who continues to win from the #1 singles and doubles positions. He won his singles match very handily 6-1, 6-2 to improve to 9-0 on the season. RA Coutinho continued his winning ways in his doubles match as well, winning 8-4 and improving to 9-0 on the season in doubles as well. 

The women struggled a bit against the #4 ranked Bees in Savannah. SCAD was able to take all 9 matches from the Royals in this contest. The womens tennis team fell to 5-5 on the season and 2-3 in conference. The men improved to 8-1 on the season and 5-0 in conference play. 

The teams will travel to West Palm to face off with Keiser on April 2 at 1 pm next.
