Box Score WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Warner men's soccer team took on Keiser Seahawks in a mid-day match down in West Palm on Wednesday. Keiser would open the scoring in the 35th minute to take an early 1-0 lead but in the 37 minute the Royals were awarded a penalty kick and
Tevonne Morris took advantage and put the ball in the back of the net to tie the score at one.
The Seahawks would score goals in the 57th and 67th minutes to go up 3-1 in the second half. However, the Royals Reggie Jean Baptiste would score in the 69th minute on an assist from
Devyn Hencil to cut the lead to 3-2. The Royals would play hard but would be unable to get another shot off the rest of the match to lose fifth one goal game of the season, 3-2, to Keiser. The Seahawks improve to 3-3 (1-0) on the season, while the Royals fall to 0-8 (0-1) on the year.
The men's soccer team will take on Johnson and Wales in another Sun Conference match-up on Saturday September 24 in Miami. Game time will be at 4 pm.
