Men's Soccer Falls Late To Florida College

Box Score LAKE WALES, Fla.- The Royals men's soccer team played host to the Florida College Falcons Tuesday night. There was offense early from both sides of the ball as both teams were getting shots off but neither side could find the back of the goal. In the 33rd minute of the match the Royals made a substituion and put in Devyn Hencil. Just four minutes later in the 37th minute Hencil found the back of the net to put the Royals up 1-0. The score would stay that way through halftime. 

The second half saw the Falcons able to capatalize on a couple runs for some goals in the second half. In the 49th minute, Florida College was able to tie the match at 1-1 with a goal from the front of the box. Then again in the 56th minute Florida College found the back of the net again with another goal, this time from the side of the box. The Royals had some chances and got some shots off late in the match, but were unable to score again to extend the game. 

Warner fell to 0-4 on the season and will play a non-conference match at Webber International on Saturday September 10 at 3 p.m.
