Tigers Growl Takes Down Lady Royals 50-67

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. Freshman Daijah Turner lights up for 13 pts and 5 steals despite Lady Royals loss.

GAME RECAP

Warner struggled to hold Edward Waters early on as the Tigers jumped out to a 21-7 lead following the 1st quarter. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters were decided by less than 3 pts. The story of the night for the Royals came via freshman Daijah Turner as she put up 13 pts and 5 steals. Charisa Broadway and Sarah Poehlman also stood out as they both added 11 pts a piece and Broadway came away with 3 steals and 5 rebounds.

FINAL THOUGHTS

The Lady Royals fall to 3-6 on the year and look to bounce back this coming weekend as they take on Webber International University.
