Undefeated Warner Men’s Soccer Takes On Undefeated Point University In What Has Been Dubbed TSC Game Of The Week

LAKE WALES, FLA – As the Men's Soccer team gears up for this Saturday's game they seem to have only thing on their mind, beat Point University! The Georgia based team and Warner do not have a long tenured rivalry, as this is only the 2nd time the schools have met on the soccer field but still there is something building up in wake of this game Saturday as both teams are unbeaten and in search of National Recognition.

Point University is coming off a 1-0 win last night against NCAA D-II Emmanuel College and is off to a 3-0-1 start this season, the tie coming to Middle Georgia State in the first game of the year.

Warner comes into the match with an impressive 5-0 record to start off the year and look better than ever under head coach Drew Stacey, who recently stated, "We had two starting players recently return from injury with Adad Bauger and Nick Diaz that will give us more depth. As they gain match fitness, it will bring us up to full strength, which we haven't had yet, so that's exciting news."

The game looks to be an offensive battle with both teams having two players that have scored at least 3 goals, Warner forwards Matheus Santiago and Daniel Rodriguez and Point mid-fielders Koen Vos and Pablo Acebron.

This will be yet another test for the Royals early on in the year and the team looks ready for the challenge! This Saturday September 8 will be the Battle Of The Unbeaten as Warner and Point square off in TSC game of the week!
