The Royals are 21-2 all-time against the Gyrenes. Last season, Ave Maria snapped a Royals winning streak that extended 15 games back to September 1
st, 2012. Warner is 10-1 when playing the Gyrenes inside of the Turner Athletic Center.

Warner University football kicked off their season two Saturdays ago with a win over rival Webber International University. They keep to their season opening road trip heading to Ave Maria to face the 1-1 Gyrenes. The series stands at 4-3 in favor of Warner. Each year it's a fairly close matchup between the two schools as the largest margin of victory in the 7-game history was last year's 41-27 victory for Warner.

Royals soccer will welcome the Crooked Lake Rivalry to Lake Wales as they face off on the pitch against the Warriors of Webber International. The Royals are 2-1 falling only to No. 4 Southeastern. In their two wins, the Royals have outscored opponents 7-2. Last night in their game against Trinity Baptist College, the Royals offense fired off 30 shots in the contest. The overall series between Warner and Webber tips in favor of the Warriors with a Royals record of 7-12-1. However, the Royals remain focused as they've taken three out of the last four from the Warriors and all three were shutout victories.

The Royals stumbled out of the gate with a pair of losses including falling to the No. 22 Keiser Seahawks. However, the Royals battled back by heating up in a 7-2 win over Trinity Baptist. Warner will take on Southeastern in Lakeland tomorrow night in a tough matchup against the Fire. The Fire are heavily favored in the overall series as the Royals stand 5-11-1 overall. Despite a double overtime tie in 2017, the Royals have fallen in seven straight contests.
