MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Royals drop second conference game of the season to the Bobcats.
Warner University traveled to Miami Gardens, Florida to face St. Thomas University for the 26
th time. The Royals had the lead going into halftime against the Bobcats but struggled to hold off the Bobcats after halftime. The Bobcats scored 30 points alone in the third quarter to give them the lead. Warner had a season-high 47 rebounds and had 6 steals on the night.
Jasmine Edwards had a double-double and led the Royals with 20 points and 14 rebounds.
Chanelle McDonald also had 20 points, 1 block, and 5 rebounds.
Megan Peterson went 3-8 from beyond the arc. The Royals had 18 points off second-chance points. Warner University had 34 points in the paint compared to the Bobcats who only had 14.
Warner University will return home to play Keiser University on Thursday, December 2
nd, at 5:30 pm.
