LAKE LAKELAND, Fla. – (RV) Warner took on Sun Conference and Polk County rival (RV) Southeastern and fell in a tough matchup.
The Royals lead the Fire 6-4 in the all-time series since its start back in 2013. It's been a rough go at it lately as the Royals have fallen in three straight contests to the Fire. What made this matchup a little more interesting is in the most recent NAIA Coaches top-25, both Warner and Southeastern are gaining votes (RV).

Jake Edwards fell to Haas and Barbosa (0-6). It is the first time the pair has been matched with each other this season so they fall to 0-1.
Julian Cuartas and
Bruno Carvalho put up a good fight against Martinez and Preiswerk before falling (3-6). This is also the first time Cuartas and Carvalho have competed together falling to 0-1 on the season. The lone doubles win for the Royals came at the #1 slot where
Bruno Pessoa and
Joe Herin took down D'Aboville and Lichter 6-2. Pessoa and Herin paired up for the first time this season improving to 1-0.
Singles
The lone point for the Royals came in the #1 position from (24)
Bruno Pessoa who took down Santiago Haas (6-2, 6-3). Pessoa improves to 5-1 on the season, 2-1 in TSC play, and has won five straight matches.
