LAKE WALES, Fla- Warner Women's Lacrosse faced St. Thomas University in the first ever lacrosse game hosted by the Warner University Royals.
The Lady Royals took on the Bobcats of St. Thomas University in the inaugural game at Warner University. The Royals looked great to begin the game, however the more experienced Bobcats took over in the first half out scoring Warner University 14-3 in the first half of the match.
Hannah Glaser had a great first game as a Royals as she registered five goals on nine shots, and two ground balls.
Kaylin Brown tallied six saves for the Royals and
Mary Doell also registered a goal. Glaser led the Royals in goals and shots on goal with her last goal coming with 3:14 minutes left in the match.
Rori Snyder led the team in assists for the match as she registered two assists. The Royals look to continue to build on their first ever lacrosse game at Warner University and will look to continue to improve as the season progresses.
