WEST PALM BEACH, Fla - In the final game of the Keiser Thanksgiving Classic the Royals faced Thomas University where the Royals held the lead most of the game, but ultimately lost the lead in the fourth quarter falling 64-62. 

Game Leaders:

• Bethany Howard scored 6 points with a solid defensive effort, adding 2 rebounds and 3 steals.

• Courtney Logan achieved a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds, alongside 3 steals.

• Jasmine Cheema contributed 9 points, making 3 out of 8 three-pointers.

• Aalyah Watson scored 14 points, demonstrating her shooting skills with 4 out of 11 from beyond the arc.

• Julia Gilbert  added 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for a double-double, plus 3 blocks and 3 steals.

Warner had a strong performance leading the game in most categories shooting 34.4% from the field and shooting 34.5% percent from the three point line. The Royals really excelled on their free throws shooting 83.3%. However, the NightHawks took the game by capitalizing on their opportunities scoring 16 points in the paint to the Royals 14, scoring 22 points off turnovers, and scoring 16 points off of their second chance opportunities. The Royals look to make a comeback against Rollins College December 3, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
