Box Score LAKELAND, FL- The Royals faced off looking for a Sun Conference win against the Southeastern Fire.
The Royals looked to start off hot and running and looked to play spoilers on the Road against the Southeastern Fire.
Jasmine Edwards had a great overall performance as she finished with 16 points, a game leading 15 rebounds in her 37 minutes of play. The Royals were aggressive throughout the entire game as they put up almost 70 shot shot attempts as they looked  for opportunities to strike against their opponents. Both teams would put up tough defense throughout the entire games as the Royals would finish with 9 steals and the Fire would finish with 17.
Dianis Hurtado would have a good shooting performance as she finished with a 40% along with 11 points and four rebounds. The nine steals by the Royals would allow them to score 16 points off the turnovers by the Fire. The Royals would continue to fight hard against the Fire in this one, however would fall short due to the consistent defense and offense from the Fire as they would fall in this game by a score of 52-74.Â
