Warner Women's Lacrosse Falls To The Seahawks On Senior Day

LAKE WALES, Fla- The Royals have their Senior Day in today's Sun Conference matchup against the Keiser University Seahawks.

The Royals Women's Lacrosse team celebrates their Seniors Elyse Ginsberg and Abbie Petrillo today as they face off against Keiser University in today's matchup. The Royals find their first goal in this matchup early in the first Quarter from Vanessa Lynch at 11:27 getting the Royals first goal of the matchup. A little later in this Quarter Bailey Dykes found her an unassisted goal as well and not long after on a free position shot Bailey Lightsey found herself a goal to finish out the first Quarter.  After clawing their way back in the first they could not find the goal as their only goal in the second quarter came from Bailey Dykes with four minutes remaining in the quarter. Coming into the third we could not find an answer to this Seahawks defense only being able to capitalize on another goal opportunity from the senior Abby Petrillo with a minute remaining in the third Quarter. In the final Quarter we see two goals from Bailey Dykes and a goal from Bailey Lightsey to end the game for the Royals. The Royals have one more chance to find their first conference win against SCAD- Savannah as they play their last game of the 2024 season.
