RECAP: Royals Create Chances but Falls Short Against Ave Maria, 3-0

LAKE WALES, Fla. – The Warner University Men's Soccer team hosted Ave Maria University on Wednesday, October 8th, but were unable to find the back of the net in a 3–0 loss at home. Despite creating multiple offensive opportunities, the Royals were held scoreless by a disciplined visiting defense.

Warner's attack featured contributions from several players. Carson Hoben led with one shot on goal, while Chad McAuliff, Gio Cipolla, Luis Seminario, and Greg Jackson each added a shot in the attacking third. Marcel Tovar and Jason Flaming each recorded two shots, with Flaming registering one on goal.

In goal, Wesley Lacy made six saves on nine shots faced, keeping Warner competitive throughout the match and making several key stops to limit the margin. Despite solid individual efforts, the Royals were unable to convert chances into goals.

The loss marks another step in Sun Conference play as Warner looks to regroup and continue developing in the remaining stretch of the season.
