Miami Gardens, Fla. – September 12, 2025 – The Warner University Cross Country teams competed at the Bobcat Classic, hosted by St. Thomas University, taking on a competitive field featuring programs from across the region.

In the Women's 6K, Amirah Johnson led the Royals with a stellar performance, finishing 6th overall and claiming 1st place among all NAIA and SUN Conference competitors with a time of 23:44.4. Alexa Molina followed with a strong showing, placing 32nd overall with a time of 26:29.6.

The Men's Cross Country team earned a 7th-place team finish in the 8K race with a combined time of 2:49:13. Dylan Atwater led the Royals with a 26th-place finish in 29:37.8, followed by Cameron Gonzalez (35th – 30:48.4), Derick Gomez (39th – 31:14.8), Rian DeJesus (61st – 37:32.1), Sam Attard (64th – 40:00.6), and Juan Aguirre (67th – 40:56.4) in a field of nearly 80 competitors.
