MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Warner University Men's Soccer team traveled south to face Florida Memorial University on Wednesday, October 8th, where the Royals fell 3–0 in Sun Conference play. Despite the final score, Warner battled throughout the match, creating scoring opportunities and showing strong goalkeeping efforts on the defensive end.
Euan Bunn led the Royals offensively with two shots, including one on goal, while Nolan Bucklew and Georg Manolov each added a shot as Warner continued to push forward in the attacking third.
In goal, Mikey Melvin was a key presence once again for the Royals, recording seven saves on ten shots faced. His consistent play kept Warner in contention throughout much of the match as the defense worked to contain the Lions' offensive pressure.
Though Warner was unable to find the back of the net, the Royals' effort and organization on both ends of the field reflected continued growth as they move deeper into Sun Conference competition.
