MARIETTA, GA - In a SUN Conference clash at Marietta, GA, the Royals faced a tough game against the Life University Eagles on March 29, 2025. Despite their best efforts, Warner ultimately fell to Life with a final score of 19-6.
The game opened unfavorably for the Royals as they trailed substantially by halftime with a score of 1-8. Improving their performance in the second half, the team managed to add five more goals to their tally. Warner's standout players included
Bailey Dykes who scored two goals, and
Anaya Lister,
Bailey Lightsey,
Monserrat Anaya-Lopez, and
Abigail Petrillo, each adding a goal to Warner's total.
Vanessa Lynch contributed with an assist.
Kaylin Brown and
Noralee Sprague defended the goal throughout the game against a relentless Eagles' offense.
