LAKE WALES, FL - Warner University Athletic is proud to announce Senior, Bailey Dykes, has been named 2025 SUN Conference Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Year along with earning SUN Conference All-Conference First Team honors! Bailey, playing as a midfielder for the Royals, has demonstrated exceptional skills and consistency throughout the season, originating from Haines City, Florida, and a former standout at Lake Wales High School. Her outstanding performance this season is highlighted by her impressive conference stats which include 23 goals, 29 groundballs, 40 draw controls, 21 caused turnovers, and a total of 27 points.

These accolades come as no surprise given Bailey's contribution to the team and her pivotal role in leading the Royals' defensive efforts on the field. With such a remarkable season, Bailey Dykes and the Royals continue to set high standards for her predecessors, and will forever leave her mark as a Royal great.
