TRACK & FIELD: 2025 NAIA Outdoor National Championships: Two Royals Earn All-American Honors With Stellar Performances

MARION, Ind.The Warner University Royals wrapped up a strong showing at the 2025 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University, highlighted by two All-American performances and a new school record across the three-day event.

Day 1 saw the Royals hit the track and field with determination. The women's 4x100 meter relay team of Stacy White, Jasmin Hornes, Anaya Findlay, and Jahhi Clarke-Broomfield raced to a time of 46.93 in the semifinals, placing fourth in their heat and finishing 10th overall—just shy of qualifying for the finals.

In the men's javelin final, Alex Teal delivered a clutch performance, throwing 59.24 meters to secure 7th place and earn All-American honors for the Royals. On the track, Daishaun Gossett competed in the 400-meter hurdles, clocking 54.27 for a fourth-place finish in his heat and 16th overall.

Day 2 featured a historic moment for the Royals. Sophomore Jahhi Clarke-Broomfield blazed through her 100-meter semifinal heat with a time of 11.63, setting both a new personal best and school record while finishing second in her heat and third overall—punching her ticket to the finals.

In the women's triple jump, Selena Johnson represented Warner with a solid 14th-place finish after scoring a mark of 11.74 in the final round. The men's 4x400 relay team of Omar Vasquez, Timothy Brown, Ryan Dube, and Kaleb Roth closed out the day, battling through a competitive heat to finish 33rd overall.

Day 3 brought more hardware for the Royals. In the women's 100-meter final, Jahhi Clarke-Broomfield capped her remarkable week with a fifth-place finish in 11.72, securing All-American honors and cementing her status as one of the nation's top sprinters.

With two All-American honors, a new school record, and multiple top-tier performances, the Royals made a powerful statement on the national stage. Congratulations to all our student-athletes who competed with heart, pride, and excellence—Go Royals!
