Biography
Troy attended N.B. Forrest High School in Jacksonville, Fla. where he was named Most Valuable Runner for Cross Country, he was a two-time District Champion in the 04-05 academic year. Troy also was a Conference Champion, Regional Runner-Up and finished 5th at the Florida State Championships.
As a freshman, Troy succeded on the track, becoming a Florida Sun Conference Champion and a NAIA Nationals Qualifier; currently Troy is the school record holder for the 400 meter Hurdles.
In his sophomore year, Troy continued to excel as he repeated as a National Qualifier in the 400 Meter Hurdles. Troy also was a member of the 4X400 Meter Relay team that clocked the nation's fastest time in 2008 on their way to qualifying for Nationals.
