A Babson Park, Florida resident and native of Baltimore County, Maryland, Cain is a passionate developer of student-athletes, rooted in both personal excellence and Christ-centered values.

A proud alumna of Loch Raven High School in Towson, MD, Cain was a standout dual-sport athlete in soccer and lacrosse. Her high school career was decorated with accolades: she served as team captain in both sports, earned MVP honors, and was named First Team All-County in soccer and lacrosse. She also received Third Team All-Metro recognition in soccer. Cain helped lead her soccer team to their first-ever regional playoff win and closed out her lacrosse career with a State Championship title during her senior year.

After relocating to Lake Wales, Florida, Cain joined Lake Wales High School in 2019 as the Assistant Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach. Over the next five years, she helped guide the team to four straight District Finals appearances and a historic first-ever regional seed in program history. In 2024, she expanded her role by taking on head coaching duties for the JV team while continuing her work with varsity athletes.

In addition to her high school coaching impact, Cain also served as the Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach for the Polk Storm Club Team during the 2022 and 2023 summer seasons, helping further develop the sport at the youth level.

Since joining Warner in 2025, Cain has been instrumental in a breakthrough season for the Royals, helping lead the team to its first-ever SUN Conference win and first appearance in the SUN Conference postseason tournament. Her experience, energy, and heart for student-athletes have made her a crucial part of the program’s culture and competitive rise.

Off the field, Coach Cain is a devoted wife and mother. She and her husband Matt have been married for 30 years and have two sons—Fisher (26) and Mitchell (21).
