The Royals made it 20-0 in the second quarter when they scored their second special teams touchdown of the game.  After a bad snap on fourth down by the Skyhawks, Warner's Marlin Pierre picked up the loose ball and returned it for a touchdown.

The Skyhawks finally got on the board with a touchdown just before halftime but the Royals carried a 20-7 advantage into the break.

In the third quarter, kicker Brian Abrams matched his season-long field goal with a 45-yard kick. Then on the Skyhawks' next possession, linebacker Loronza Smith stepped in front of Charles Fortis' pass attempt and returned the interception 38 yards for the Royals' fourth touchdown of the game.

In the fourth quarter, Leslie Young ended the scoring for the afternoon with his second rushing touchdown, this time from two yards out.  The Warner defense kept the Skyhawks out of the endzone the remaining 14 minutes to preserve the victory 37-7.
