Men's Soccer Season Ends with Road Loss to Warriors 4-0


BABSON PARK, Fla. – In their final game of the regular season, Warner University men's soccer team lost on the road to cross-town rivals Webber International University 4-0 on Wednesday afternoon.  The Warriors scored two goals in the first half and two goals in the second to drop the Royals' record to 3-11-1 overall and 2-7 in Sun Conference play.

The Warriors scored twice in the first 14 minutes of the game and held the Royals to just two first half shots.

In the second half the Warriors tacked on goals in the 49th and 75th minute making it a 4-0 final for the home team.  The Royals recorded five shots in the second
half but were outshot in the game 28-7.

Senior Jonathan Freiria led the team with two shots in the game.  Fellow seniors Brian Martin and Gianluca Cuomo each recorded a shot as well.
