LAKE WALES, Fla. – On Saturday, the Warner University football team returns home to face Ave Maria University in a pivotal Sun Conference showdown at Vikings Stadium on the campus of Lakeland Christian School in Lakeland, Fla.  Kick-off has been moved back and will now be at 3 p.m.

The game will be broadcast by GTV Sports live around the world via broadband television delivery and on tape delay for multiple re-runs along with being placed on multiple portals across the internet.  This will be the third Royals football game to be featured as "The Game" for GTV Sports.  The Royals' season opener versus Concordia University (Ala.) and their conference opener against Southeastern University were also selected.

Saturday will mark the third meeting between the two Sunshine state schools.  So far the road team has won both meetings in the series.  In 2013, the Gyrenes defeated the Royals 27-3 in Winter Haven in Warner's first-ever home game.  Then last year, the Royals traveled to Ave Maria, Fla. and pulled out a 17-7 victory.

The Royals enter Saturday's showdown with a 2-2 overall record and a 0-1 mark in league play.  The Gyrenes are 1-2 heading into Saturday and have yet to play a conference game.  The Gyrenes are come in riding a 28-21 victory over LaGrange College (Ga.) last week on the road.  The Royals jump back into NAIA play after a road loss to NCAA-II Florida Tech last week 37-0.

Tickets are still available and can be purchased online by visiting www.warnerroyals.com/tickets.  The ticket office at Vikings Stadium will open at 1 p.m. on Saturday and gates will open at 1:30 p.m.
