Samantha Warren. The game would go into halftime tied at 1-1. The Royals would come out in the second half and waste no time scoring the go ahead goal as Isabelle would once again find the back of the net this time on a ball from
Ashley Cole. Isabelle's goal would put the Royals up 2-1 and put the Lions away. The Royals would come away with victory over the Lions and their first conference win of the season. Isabelle had two goals while Warren and Cole each had an assist. Goalie
Sarah Bergkvist ended with 11 saves on the day. The Royals improved to 3-7 (1-4) on the season after the win. Warner is back in action at home Wednesday October 19 at 5 pm against Southeastern University.
