Box Score LAKE WALES, Fla.- The women's volleyball team honored five seniors Wednesday evening before theie match against the Ave Maria Gyrenes.

Adrienne Czaplewski, Angie Pagan perez, and
Nicole Wittmer all received a great hand for their contributions to the Warner volleyball program in the ceremony. The match was all Warner as the Royals came out red hot in set one and were able to take the first set by a score of 25-12. The Royals hit an unbelieveable .536 in the first set, only making one error. Set two was a bit closer as the Royals had 14 unforced errors, but they were still able to overcome the Gyrenes late surge to win the set 25-23 and taking a commanding 2-0 lead. Set three was much like the first set for the Royals as they used an 8-0 run in the middle of the set to jump way ahead of the Gyrenes and win the set 25-12 and sweep the match 3-0.
A big highlight of the night was in the final point of the second set, junior
Thalia Mendez, recorded her 1,000 career dig. This marks the second time a Warner volleyball player reached the 1,000 dig milestone this season. Thalia would go on in the match to lead all defenders with 14 digs.
Adrienne Czaplewski would lead the Royals in kills with 15 and Angie Pagan Perez would provide 13 kills of her own.
Raygen Lee finished the match with 16 assists and Kiara Rivera Escudero would drop in 11 assists. The Royals improve to 13-7 (9-4) on the season after the win.
Warner will finish their regular season at Keiser University on Saturday November 5 at 2 pm. The Royals have clinched a spot in the conference tournament which will be held at Webber International University November 11-12.
