Box Score WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Royals men's basketball team competed against Edward Waters Tigers Friday evening on the campus of Keiser University and got all they could ask for in a game from the Tigers. The Royals started off slow as they found themselves down 12-0 very early in the first half. Warner would then start chipping away on the Tigers lead throughout the first half. The Royals would then go on a 16-7 run in the final 4:43 of the first half to take a 46-42 lead into halftime. In the second half, the Royals would start off with a 12-0 run of their own to take a 58-42 lead with 15:47 left in the game. The Royals looked to have the game in hand but the Tigers refused to go away. With 5:45 left in the game, the Royals held their biggest lead of the game 82-69. That's when things started to go wrong for the Royals. The Tigers would force 3 turnovers within the next two minutes to make a comeback and eventually get within one point, 90-89, with 55 seconds left in the game. The Royals'
Warren Hall then hit a back breaking three pointer to put the Royals up four points at 93-89. Warner would make their free throws in the final seconds and force a huge turnover on an inbounds pass to walk away with a 96-94 victory. With the win, the Royals improve to 11-1 (3-1) on the season.

Josh Ellis would add in 14 points and
Nick Macon had 12 points with 10 assists.
AJ Lamb had 4 points but led the team with 7 rebounds and 4 blocks. The Royals are back in action Saturday against Queen City at Keiser University once again. Game time is set for 5 pm.
