LAKE WALES, Fla. – (#25)Warner University beats the Tigers of Edward Water College in close game with final score of 80-75.
GAME RECAP
Coming into the game, the Royals were looking to improve on their 3-0 record against opponent Edward Waters who came in at 1-2. Warner got off to a slow start and fell behind early to the Tigers who were shooting lights out. The Royals were able to pick it up and get back within one point at the end of the first half.
In the second half the Royals took over. As a team they shot over 50% from the floor and once they took the lead at the beginning of the half they remained in control for the rest of the game.
Senior
Melton Sanders who put up 22 points and 6 rebounds led Warner. Denzel Osson also contributed 15 points and Issac Sutton had 8 points with 8 rebounds, 7 of which were offensive.

The (#25) Royals (4-0) will look to continue their winning streak on Saturday the 11
th facing college of coastal Georgia at home.
