Nick Macon steals the day with a 20 point and 11 assist double-double adding 4 steals.
GAME RECAP
The first half got off to a quick start with
Khalil Ozuna winning the jump and sending it to
Nick Macon. Macon then threw a hailmary down to Ozuna for a fast 2-0 lead.
Nick Macon then used a made layup, a steal off the throw in and a turn and shoot 3-point for a 9 second quick 5-points. The Royals hit the gas pedal and never let off heading into halftime with a 55-34 lead.
Melton Sanders led the way with 16 points and 3 rebounds in the 1
st.
Khalil Ozuna followed closely with 13 points and 3 rebounds.
Nick Macon had 11 points and 7 assists.
The 2
nd half saw the Royals offense stay hot as they maintained a 20 point lead through the first 10 minutes of the half. The Lancers made a run in 3 minutes cutting the lead to 11 in favor of the Royals, 80-69 with 7:45 left in the game. The Royals the used a 17-8 run to close out the game and head home with the victory 99-79.

Khalil Ozuna finished 1 shy of 20 as he had 19 points and 8 rebounds.
The Royals improve to 10-5 overall and look to continue tomorrow afternoon against Huntington University (Ind.) in Lake Wales at 4:00 P.M.
