MIAMI, Fla. – The Lady Royals were handed their first loss on the road this season by the Johnson & Wales Wildcats 3-0 tonight. The Royals are now 10-4-1 on the season and have a 6-2 conference record.
 
The Wildcats jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the 13^th minute and scored a 2^nd goal right before the end of the first half.
 
The Wildcats lead at halftime 2-0.
 
The Royals did their best to get an offensive surge going in the second half, firing 8 shots in the half, but were not able to find the back of the net would fall to the Wildcats 3-0.
 
The Wildcats scored their 3^rd goal right before the end of regulation in the 88^th minute.
 
Look for the team to bounce back as the Lady Royals will be back home this Saturday, October 20^th to face Keiser University who is ranked 9^th in the NAIA.
