Warner Men’s Basketball – #19 Royals Look To Power Up Defense Taking On FNU For A Second Time

LAKE WALES, Fla. – The Royals are looking to bounce back following a loss to the tough Edward Waters Tigers last week giving the Royals their first loss of the season.

Defense, Defense, Defense is going to be the call for the Royals. No doubt they have the offensive outpour that's lead by Trae Graham averaging 20.3 points a game. His best performance was in the season opener against Florida National where he tallied 26 points going 11-16 from the field.

In two out of their three games, the Royals have allowed an opposing player to score 30+ points. Despite Trae Grahams team leading 5 blocks, despite Jarred Anderson's team leading 3 steals, and despite Khalil Ozuna's team leading 10 rebounds a game, it's plain and simple the Royals will need to tighten up their defense.

Florida National University is going to play tough. They're welcoming the #19 Royals to their home court after playing five of their first six games on the road. They average 90 points a game while limiting opponents to 81 points per game so far this season.
