Lake Wales, Fla.- This was the 24^th Crooked Lake Cup match between Webber and Warner. Warner led the all-time series 14-8-1 coming into the night.

Webber took an early 1-0 lead in the 2^nd minute of the first half when David Negrin Ruiz knocked in a free kick from just outside the box. Not long after in the 6^th minute Ma Fernandez Sassoni found net and made the game 2-0 putting pressure on the Royals. The Royals offense worked hard to rifling off 7 shots but were unsuccessful by ending the first half Webber in the lead 2-0.

This rivalry matchup is always set to be a good battle, throughout the game there were 6 total yellow cards with five out of the six were handed to the Warriors.

In the second half, the Royals were aggressive on the attack with 8 shots. The Warriors kept hold of their lead and in the 86^th minute David Negrin Ruiz struck net again for the second time in the game and his 6^th goal of the season. 

The Royals fall to 5-6 overall and 2-3 in Sun Conference play. They have a week's break before that welcome Ave Maria into town for the Royals senior night.
