Warner Women’s Volleyball – Royals Fall To Wildcats In Second Sun-Conference Matchup

North Miami, Fla. – Johnson & Wales grabbed their 2nd all-time TSC victory verse the Royals this afternoon, defeating Warner 3-1 in back-to-back matches this week. This has been a jubilant week for the Wildcats, as they have knocked off conference foe Warner for the first two times in program history and now have 2 TSC wins on the year.

1st set: (WU - 23; JWU - 25)

2nd set: (WU - 25; JWU - 21)

3rd set: (WU - 18; JWU - 25)

4th set: (WU - 23; JWU - 25)

The Royals move to  4-10 on the year and are now 2-7 in Sun-Conference play after today's loss, while the Wildcats are tied with the Royals in TSC play as both teams sit at 2-7.

Alexandra Gonzalez marked her 11th time leading the Royals in kills, 21, and added 15 digs, to give her, her 6th double-double on the season. Gonzalez leads the team with 206 total kills and has a .263 kill percentage on the season. 

This game also marks the 4th time that Alexandra has earned more than 20 kills in a game. Gonzalez also leads the team with 179 digs. Alexandra Gonzalez also ranks in the top 38 in kills per game with 3.63. 

Bailee Mack led the Royals in assists for the 9th time this year, grabbing 21 in the loss. She now has 279 assists on the year, with Madison Hughes close behind with 230 this season
