CLERMONT, Fla. – Warner outscores opponents 32-12 in four game sweep at Sleepy Hollow. The Royals took two games from Briar Cliff (Iowa) (5-4, 9-1), one from Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) (12-3), and finished things off with a (6-4) win over now 7-2 St. Ambrose (Iowa). The four wins have extended the Royals win streak to 9-straight games and an overall record of 12-2.
GAME 1 – BRIAR CLIFF

The first win over Briar Cliff was an 8-inning thriller that ended with a Royals walk off on the bat of
Brittany Winget who singled in
Breyonna Shell.
Brittany Winget, along with the game winning single, picked up her third win of the season in the circle improving her to 3-1 on the season. Winget took over for
Tatiana Rodriguez in the 4
thinning and threw 5-innings only giving up 1-hit and punching out 8 Chargers.
GAME 2 – BRIAR CLIFF

The second victory was an offensive barrage where the Royals hit 4-doubles and also stole 7-bags in the 6-inning run rule.
Kasey Heslin was 1-3 at the plate picking up 3-RBI's.
Avery Cotterill and
Breyonna Shell both had 2-RBI's respectively.
Katelyn Richards and
Megan Garfinkel both scored two runs each in the game.
Sylvia Welsh remained perfect in the circle spreading out just 6-hits over 6-innings giving up just 1-run and striking out 6 in the complete game win. Welsh improved to 4-0 on the season with the victory.
GAME 3 – Embry-Riddle

The Royals completed a 5-inning run rule over the Eagles of Embry-Riddle. The Warner offense continued to roll as
Kasey Heslin hit her 2nd homerun of the season and 2nd career homerun pushing in another 4-RBI's. The Freshman native of Bartow, Fla.,
Ashton Owen smashed her 1st homerun of the season and 1
stof her career as she left the yard to center field. Later in the 3rd inning,
Avery Cotterill blasted her 2
ndhomerun of the season and 3
rdof her career in a 2-run shot over the left field wall. The Royals completed the run rule off the bat of a
Kayleigh Walters single to left field that scored
Kaitlyn Ridolph.
Brooke Olinger improved to an unbeaten 4-0 season record with the win in the circle spreading out 7-hits through 5-innings and striking out 5.
GAME 4 – Saint Ambrose

The Fighting Bees entered with a very hot start to their season of 7-1 proving to be a tough opponent. Their starting pitcher Thomas had thrown her way to a 3-0 record to start the year. But, the had yet to face a hot hitting Royals team that would take the victory over the Fighting Bees 6-4.
Ashton Owen hit a solo shot for her 2
ndhomerun of the season and now has homered in back to back games.
Kasey Heslin stole her 6
thbag of the season and remains a perfect 6-6 on the year.
Tatiana Rodriguez improved to 1-1 on the season earning the victory in the circle with a complete game.
NOTES:
- Breyonna Shell has registered 2-hits in her last 5-games played with 4-doubles, 5-RBI's, 2-Walks, 0 Strikeouts.
- Caitlyn Yockey snapped a 9-game hit streak as she went hitless against Saint Ambrose.
- Kasey Heslin picked up another 6 RBI's for a team leading 14 RBI's on the season with a majority of those coming from the leadoff spot in the batting order.
- Brittany Winget not only fields second base when not pitching, but ranks #16 in NAIA DI holding opponents to a staggering .159 batting average.
