LAKE WALES, Fla. – The 2019 Sun Conference Tournament Championship field is set, and the No. 6 seed Royals will take on the defending 2018 tournament champions the No. 3 seed Thomas University Night Hawks. The Royals trail the Night Hawks 2-3 in TSC Tournament play all-time. 
 
Warner University softball qualified for The Sun Conference (TSC) Tournament Championship with a split double header in their final home series against St. Thomas. Earning the No. 6 seed in this year's tournament, the Royals extend their record-setting streak to 13 straight TSC post season appearances. 2007 was the first TSC Softball Tournament Championship and the Royals have qualified every season.
 
The six-team, double-elimination tournament will be held at the Legends Way Ballfields with first pitch of the tournament slated for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
 
Coastal Georgia claimed the 2019 regular season crown and the tournament's number one seed, posting a 16-8 mark in league action. USCB clinched the second seed with a 15-9 record in league action. Both the Mariners and Sand Sharks earned first-round bye during the first day and will take on the winners of Game One and Game Two.
 
Game One will take place at 11:00 a.m. and will feature the Keiser Seahawks (13-11) and Webber International (14-10). WIU is the fourth seed while KU sits in the fifth spot of the tournament. Game Two features Warner (12-12, No. 6 seed) versus Thomas (14-10, No. 3 seed) and will take place at 1:30 p.m.

Defeating the Night Hawks in a three-game series, the Royals kicked off an eight-game winning streak that would last until April 24^th, 2019. The Night Hawks and Royals finished this seasons series 2-2 as they both swept their respective home doubleheaders.
