Offensively
Sydney Ackermann led the Royals with 11 kills in just two sets played.
Alyssa Muench followed with 9 kills and
Ember Oglesby with 7 kills on the night.
Defensively,
Brianna Howard finished the night with 12 digs while
Savanah Griffin put up 7 digs and
Aurora Alderman finished with 6.
Ember Oglesby provided a stellar defensive effort as well finishing with 3 blocking assists.
The primary setting duties were split tonight with
Madison Hughes and
Lily Tang finishing with a team high 14 assists.
Lily Tang also finished with 2 serving aces and a kill to her name.
Savanah Griffin and
Brianna Howard used crafty serving to help lift the Royals to victory with both finishing with 5 serving aces each.
With Wednesdays game originally scheduled as the Crooked Lake Rivalry rubber match and now postponed, the Royals will await next Saturday when they take on the Keiser University Seahawks in the Turner Athletic Center.
