LAKE WALES, Fla. – The Royals and Rams competed for just the second time on the court in the school's history, the Royals remain undefeated winning both games.
The two schools first met back in November of 2015 when the Royals overcame the Rams in Columbia 74-70. This time, Columbia International made the trek down to Lake Wales, Fl. and the Royals again came away with the victory.
The Royals used a balanced effort to earn tonight's victory. Five players registered 9+ points in the contest.

D'Asia James also finished with a crucial 9 rebounds, 2 blocks and 3 steals.
Haley Gantt brought down 8 boards with 2 blocks. Together the pair recorded 23 points, 17 rebounds, 4 blocks and 4 steals.
Dianis Hurtado had a season high 9 rebounds with five of them on the offensive side of the ball.

Nikki Jessee said, "This was not a perfect win by any means, but they're starting to figure out how to follow a game plan and how to win. They did great defensively with communication and switching defenses. I'm very proud of their resilience."
The Royals win inside of the Turner Athletic Center marks their second of the season and their second win at home. With a 2-1 home record, the Royals continue to prove tough to play on their home court.
