LAKE WALES, Fla. – Warner extends their overall record against the Lions to 31-13, winning tonight extended the Royals TSC record to 10-3.
After battling for 40 minutes the Royals and the Lions were tied 70-70. The Royals only needed an extra five minutes to secure the win for the night.
The first half was a back-and-forth battle with a score of 30-28 in the favor of Warner. The Lions came back with some force for the second half leaving the score 42-40 in favor of the Lions.
Rod Boggan was the leading scorer of the first half with 11 points and 4 rebounds. While
Logan West was trailing behind him with 10 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 blocks.
In the second half, West secured another 12 points.
Joseph Martz scored 9 points going 3-5 from beyond the three-point range and scoring the game-tying three-pointer with 11 seconds on the clock.
The Royals came out eager following the overtime pause and outscored the Lions 15-8.
Overall, West had terrific tonight surpassing four career highs. He had 12 field goals made, 16 field goal attempts, 5 assists, and 3 blocks.
Jordin Jackson scored 13 points in the night with 3 boards.
Josh Glesil surpassed his career high in points with 11, 4 steals and 4 rebounds.
