Warner Women's Soccer - Royals Fall Short of Third Conference Win

LAKE WALES, Fla. – Royals lose heartbreaker to SCAD to fall to 3-7-1 on the season.

The history between these two teams started back in 2006, the Royals all-time record against SCAD is 3-15. The last win the Royals had against SCAD was back in 2018.

Throughout the game the Royals defense looked fantastic against SCAD. The Bees were applying a lot of pressure to the Royals defense, but for most of the game the Royals were answering every shot taken by SCAD.

The Royals struck first against SCAD in the 36th minute of the game with a goal from Blessing Zim, her fourth goal of the season to take the lead. Up to the 69th minute of the game the Royals were in complete control of the game. After that the Bees scored three goals to take the game.

The next game for Warner will be another home game and will be Senior Day as they face the Sandsharks of University of South Carolina Beaufort on October 16 at 11:00 am.
