Warner Women’s Soccer – Royals Fall Short to Crooked Lake Rivals

BABSON PARK, Fla. – Royals face the Warriors for the second time this season but this time for a SUN conference match-up. 
 
The last match-up this season between these two teams resulted in a tie. 

This morning was the first SUN conference match-up for the Royals this season. The first goal of the game was by Sara Machado assisted by Kalena Iwashita in the 10th minute to take the lead. Shortly after the Warriors scored a goal in the 10th minute as well to tie the game 1-1. 
 
In the 27th minute, the Crooked Lake Rivals scored their second goal of the game to take the lead. After the first half, Warner went back on the pitch energize and scored their second goal of the game in the 77thminute of to tie the game once again. As the game was coming to an end the Kayle DeLeon from the Warriors scored her second goal of the game making it the third goal for the Warriors in the day to take the win. 
 
The Royals will travel to Temple Terrace, Fla. on Monday, October 4 to take on the Florida College Falcons for the second time this season.
