WALESKA, Ga. - Finally Royals Men's Volleyball made its return to the court last night beginning their season on the road. 

The Royals opened up the season receiving votes to be ranked inside of the NAIA Top 15. 

The Eagles are off to a hot 3-0 Mid-South Conference with their win last night over the (RV) Royals. 

Warner registered a couple of big numbers in the match. Eduardo Ayala finished with a match high 20 kills while also registering 8 digs. Audrye Alejandro Rivera led the Royals defense with 12 digs. Matheus Collares was one dig shy of a massive double double. Collares finished the match with 40 assists and 9 digs and also 2 blocking assists. 

The Royals fell in the first set 17-25. Then a long battle ensued that saw the Royals prevail taking set two with a 30-28 final. Warner then fell by three in set three 22-25. An identical fourth set mirrored the first set and the Royals fell 17-25.

Warner will continue their road trip on Saturday heading to Life University for another MSC matchup.
