Warner Men's Basketball Dominates The Bruins At Home

LAKE WALES, FL- The Royals faced off against the Carolina University Bruins in a non-conference matchup in Lake Wales, Fla.

The Royals looked for a win here as they faced off against the Bruins. The Royals had a dominant performance all game long as they consistently trapped their opponents, making it difficult for Caorlina to get any offense going and never allowed them to take the lead. The Royals had a great performance from Jamal Norris, as Norris would shoot 7-13 from the field registering 20 points along with 6 boards and shooting 6-11 from the 3 PT line. Blaize Darling Jr was impressive as well as he finished with 16 points, with 8 boards, and 5 assists giving an overall great performance in this one. Logan West outrebounded his opponents as he recorded a double- double with 10 rebounds along with 13 points and three assists. The Royals also had big performances from Skyler Scull, Josh Glesil, and Nick Lowery who all finished with 11 points. The largest lead of the game for the Royals was 48 points as they continued applying pressure to the Bruins giving them a strong win by 92-48. After the dominant victory the Royals improve to above .500 with an overall record of 5-4 as they look to keep their momentum going to end the 2023 year.
