LAKE WALES, FL - In the anticipated SUN Conference opener on September 7, 2024, at Turner Athletic Center, the Warner University Royals faced a tough challenge against the Keiser Seahawks. The match ended in a 1-3 loss for the Royals, marking a challenging start to their conference season.

The Warner Royals, representing the women's volleyball team, delivered a strong start by clinching the first set 25-23, showcasing their competitive spirit. However, the ensuing sets saw the Seahawks gaining momentum and securing consecutive wins with scores of 25-17, 25-19, and a decisive 25-10 in the final set. This victory secured Keiser's dominance in this matchup.

Key players for Warner stood out despite the loss. Leah Cooley led with 12 kills followed by Julliana Abbade with 11 kills and Rylee Waldie contributing 9.
