RECAP: Royals Fall in SUN Conference Home Matchup, 52-6

Lakeland, Fla. | October 11, 2025 — Warner University Football hosted a SUN Conference matchup on Saturday afternoon at Lakeland Christian School, where the Royals fell 52–6. Despite the setback, the Royals continued to show determination and flashes of promise on both sides of the ball throughout the contest.

Game Summary

Warner opened the game with a balanced offensive approach, mixing the ground attack and short passing plays to establish rhythm early. The Royals sustained several first-half drives and showed poise in their execution but struggled to capitalize in the red zone.

Warner's scoring came in the second quarter when kicker Ethan Silva connected on a 27-yard field goal, getting the Royals on the board. The offense continued to battle through the second half, working to generate consistency in the run game and testing defensive coverage with deep attempts.

Defensively, Warner produced several key stops in the first half and forced multiple third-down situations. The defensive front showed continued growth, fighting for pressure at the line of scrimmage and limiting big gains in several series.
