LAKE WALES, Fla. - The back-to-back NCCAA South Region Champions are returning to the NCCAA National Tournament in Kissimmee, FL Monday on a quest to secure the program's first ever National Championship. The Royals (5-10-2) will enter into the National Tournament as the #8 seed and will face the #1 seeded
Bethel University (Ind.) Pilots (9-7-2) in the first game of the Pool Stage.
The NCCAA National Tournament includes two rounds, the first is a round-robin Pool stage consisting of 2 Pools of 4 teams each. The teams will play their fellow Pool members once for a total of three games and will compete to earn points to win their respective Pools. Teams will earn 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss. The winners of each Pool will then face off in the National Championship Final on Saturday, December 6th.
After facing the Pilots on Monday, the Royals will match-up against

Asbury University (Ky.) (11-7-3) on Tuesday and finish the Pool stage against #5
University of Northwestern (MN) (11-6-3) Thursday.
Players to Watch:
Gianna Bellomo comes into the tournament after recording a brace on two PK attempts in the NCCAA South Region Championship Game to help secure the Royals place in the National Tournament.
Jessica Alejandre is expected to return to the pitch this week following her 4 goal performance against
Webber International University in the final game of the regular season.
