Kingsport, Tenn. — November 30, 2025 — Warner Men's Basketball wrapped up Day 2 of the NAIA The Show Tournament on Sunday afternoon, falling 94-70 to Indiana University East. The Royals opened the game strong, outscoring IU East 45-39 in the first half and carrying momentum into the break before the Red Wolves surged ahead in the second half.
Senior guard Jamal Norris led the Royals offensively with 15 points, going 7-for-9 at the free-throw line and connecting on two three-pointers. Jerry Kline-Ruminski paced Warner on the boards with a team-high 5 rebounds, while Seth Childers directed the offense with 6 assists.
Defensively, Warner showed active pressure throughout the afternoon. David Darling, Bryson Castillo, Jamal Norris, and Tandy Russell each picked up 2 steals, helping the Royals generate extra possessions.
As a team, Warner finished 23-58 from the field (39.7%), 8-25 from three (32%), and 16-23 at the line (69.6%).
Warner now returns to Lake Wales as they prepare to defend home court.
