LAKE WALES, Fla. - The Warner University Men's Basketball team returns to Lake Wales this weekend as the Royals host the Clinton College Golden Bears in a non-conference matchup on Saturday afternoon. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. inside the Turner Athletic Center.
The Royals look to reset and respond on their home court after competing in the NAIA The Show Tournament in Kingsport, Tenn., where they battled a strong national field. Back in front of the home crowd, Warner aims to regain momentum and secure an important early-December victory.
Clinton enters the weekend looking to challenge a Royals squad that has shown flashes of high-powered offense and defensive toughness. With Warner's roster finding its stride and returning to a familiar environment, Saturday's contest is set to feature fast play, active perimeter shooting, and defensive intensity from both sides.

Warner Royals
- Jamal Norris – Senior Guard: Norris enters the weekend as Warner's leading scorer, averaging 15.5 points per game, and continues to be the Royals' most reliable shooter from deep, hitting 38.7% from three-point range. Coming off back-to-back double-digit performances, he remains a focal point of Warner's offensive attack.
- Bryson Castillo – Sophomore Guard: Castillo is emerging as one of the Royals' most explosive scorers. He posted an impressive 22-point performance against Campbellsville, marking his third 20+ point game of the season. His ability to create shots and stretch the floor makes him a key threat in this matchup.
- Seth Childers – Junior Point Guard: Childers continues to guide the Royals' offense with poise and consistency, averaging 5.6 assists per game, one of the top marks on the team. With four double-digit scoring efforts this season, he contributes as both a playmaker and a steady scoring option, making him essential to Warner's backcourt success.
Clinton Golden Bears
- Senior Guard, Jordan Snipes-Campbell leads the Golden Bears in points per game averaging 17.1, assists averaging 3.8 per game, and free throws, shooting an 81.4%. Snipes-Campbell is coming off of 4 double-digits performances, a key piece in the Golden Bears Offensive efforts.
- Sophmore Forward, Isaiah Borders leads the Golden Bears in 3 points, shooting 32.3% from beyond the arc. Borders is also coming off of an impressive 60% performance going 3 for 5 beyond the arc against the Screaming Eagles of Toccoa Falls.

- This matchup marks just the second meeting all-time between Warner and Clinton College. The first meeting came on the road in Rock Hill, S.C., where the Royals delivered a dominant performance, defeating the Golden Bears 106–83 last season. Warner will seek to build on that history while continuing to develop depth and rhythm as the season progresses.
