BLACK MOUNTAIN, NC - The Warner University Royals outplayed the Montreat College Cavaliers in a regular season lacrosse contest hosted at Pulliam Stadium, Black Mountain, N.C., on February 28, 2025. The Royals, led by a phenomenal performance from Bailey Dykes, secured a commanding 27-2 victory over the Cavaliers.

From the beginning, Warner University showcased their superiority with an overwhelming halftime score of 18-1. Bailey Dykes starred in the game, scoring an impressive 8 goals and delivering 3 assists, making him the top performer of the event. Anaya Lister also made significant contributions with 6 goals, including the first and game-winning goal of the contest. The game concluded with the Royals further extending their lead, closing at a staggering 27-2.

The Royals' offensive efforts were supported by multiple players; Bailey Lightsey and Abigail Petrillo also played pivotal roles, with Lightsey scoring 4 goals and Petrillo, along with Dykes and Lister, providing crucial assists. Goalkeeping duties were adeptly managed by Krisandra Ford and Noralee Sprague, who together ensured the Cavaliers were kept at bay.
