LAKE WALES, FL - In a challenging outing for Warner University's lacrosse team, the Royals faced off against No. 2 SCAD Savannah Bees at home on April 5, 2025. Despite a spirited effort, the Royals were overcome by the Bees with a final score of 15-5 in this SUN Conference game.

By halftime, the Royals trailed the Bees, who had secured an 8-3 lead. Warner University struggled to close the gap as SCAD Savannah continued to dominate, extending their lead substantially in the second period. 

Warner University saw contributions from Bailey Dykes, who scored four goals, and Bailey Lightsey, who added one goal to the team's tally. Sierra Lynn facilitated the offense with assists while multiple goalkeepers, Krisandra Ford, Kaylin Brown, and Noralee Sprague shared duties in guarding the net.

The Royals now look onward to their next challenge against the Webber International Warriors at Tye Athletic Field, Lake Wales, FL, on April 12, 2025.
