LAKE WALES, Fla. - Royals Women's Basketball will take on St. Thomas University, (RV) Southeastern University and Ave Maria University as the Royals enter the final 2 weeks of the regular season.

Warner enters the week after falling at Keiser University, 73-40, last Wednesday. The Royals game last Saturday against Ave Maria was postponed and will instead be played on Monday, February 16th. The Royals are looking to get back to form on this week as they lean into their team's strengths of attacking the basket and playing aggressive basketball against two of the top teams in the SUN Conference. 

STU will enter into the week coming off a tight 64-63 loss against Southeastern last Wednesday in their only game of the week. The Bobcats have lost their last 4 games, all against SUN opponents, after having won 7 straight games from December 30th through January 21st against both non-conference and SUN Conference opponents. 

The Fire are coming off a 2-0 week where they were able to get wins against STU, 64-63, and Keiser University, 59-46. SEU is currently on an 8 game winning streak with their last lose coming against Keiser on the road on January 7th, losing 64-39. The Royals will look to their defense to slow down both the Fire and Bobcats this week.

The Royals will then begin their final week of the season when they host Ave Maria University on Monday, February 16th. The Gyrenes played 1 game last week when they hosted Florida Memorial on February 9th which ended in a 72-48 loss for AMU. Ave Maria and Warner have had very similar statistical seasons this year, so Monday's game is sure to be a competitive one as both teams will look to find an edge over one another.
