Biography

Horiam Santiago enters his 3rd year with the Royals and is a native of Lakeland, Fla. He is a Criminal Justice Major and brings talent and energy to the Royals as a Short Stop. Horiam enjoys spending his free time playing dominoes, billiards and guitar.
